Situated atop a gently sloping ridge on the Western end of Riebli Valley in Santa Rosa rested this magnificently modern Sonoma wine country home. An expansive 3 bedroom plus pool house, 4 bath finely tuned residence featuring striking modern design, dynamic open spaces, expansive tall walls of glass, gorgeous natural lighting, stunning westerly views and a vibrant personality and lifestyle from sunrise to sunset.  We completely gutted the home, which was the first house built in the Quietwater Development.  

Filshie Enterprises rebuilt everything from the pool to the roof.  The two fireplaces were removed that separated the formal living room and the family room.  With some steel work we were able to open the whole room as one great room.  

We also installed a modern drop down 14-foot movie screen from the soffit and the theater quality projector was hidden in the column with 9.1 channel surround sound.
