One of the smaller houses I have ever rebuilt after the customers lost their home in the devastating fires in Sonoma County.  This home was located in the Coffey Park area of Santa Rosa, CA.  The fire devastated the Coffey Park neighborhood, where an estimated 1,300 structures, mostly detached homes, were leveled. 

Filshie Enterprises, a full-service general contractor based in California, specializes in custom home building and remodeling. Following the devastating Tubbs Fire in 2017, which severely impacted the Coffey Park neighborhood, Filshie Enterprises played a significant role in the reconstruction efforts. We rebuilt several homes after the fires, working closely with clients to restore their residences.

This couple didn’t know if they could rebuild because of finances, but we made it work and it turned out wonderfully.  This 1600 sf house had a cute porch in the front and a large porch in the rear that overlooked their backyard.  The kitchen was nicely done with beautiful granite countertops and simple white cabinets.
